Affirm is hiring a Staff Product Manager on the Credit & Pricing team to shape how consumers discover, understand, and use available credit. You’ll own the strategy for credit experiences spanning shopping, repayment, and marketing, turning complex capabilities into intuitive products that build trust.

You’ll lead cross‑functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Credit, Marketing, and Legal to resolve tradeoffs, define measurable outcomes, and drive activation, purchase

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience in fintech, e‑commerce, marketplaces, or similar
• Ability to set direction for a substantial product area and align multiple teams
• Strong judgment translating complex systems into intuitive user experiences

Responsabilités

• Set the product direction and translate strategy into priorities across teams
• Build experiences that help consumers understand and use available credit
• Create personalized consumer journeys driven by research and experimentation
• Connect platform capabilities to consumer outcomes with purchasing power experiences
• Lead cross-functional decision making with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Credit, Marketing, Commercial and Legal
• Define success metrics and use funnel analysis to improve activation, conversion, and repeat engagement
