affirm is hiring a Staff Product Manager on the Credit & Pricing team to shape how consumers discover and use credit. You will own the strategy for credit experiences spanning shopping, repayment, and marketing, turning complex capabilities into intuitive products that drive activation and engagement.

Lead with clarity across Engineering, Design, Analytics, Credit, Marketing, Commercial and Legal to resolve tradeoffs and deliver measurable results in a remote-first environment.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of product management experience in fintech, e-commerce, or similar complex environments.
• Ability to independently set direction for a substantial product area and align stakeholders.
• Strong consumer product judgment with clear communication and design sensitivity.
• Strategic and technical depth, collaborating with engineers on multi‑experience capabilities.
• Analytical and experimental rigor using customer research and data.
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguity and make informed decisions.
• Curiosity about credit, lending, personalization, or AI-powered experiences.

Responsabilidades

• Define a cohesive vision for consumer credit experiences and translate strategy into cross‑team priorities.
• Create experiences that help consumers explore financing options before checkout and understand purchasing power.
• Develop personalized journeys using research and experiments to meet user needs.
• Own merchant prequalification and purchasing power experiences, connecting platform capabilities to outcomes.
• Lead cross‑functional decisions with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Credit, Marketing, Commercial and Legal.
• Define success metrics and use funnel analysis and feedback to improve activation, conversion and engagement.
