Branch is hiring a Senior Territory Manager to own defined states, grow production, and work face-to-face with independent agencies. You’ll set territory plans, drive quotes adoption, and hit production targets while balancing travel and account growth.

This role replaces a remote model with an in-person, field-driven approach and reports to the Director of Territory Management. Success comes from building trusted agency partnerships, expanding booked premium, and guiding agencies toward

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a quota- or target-carrying field sales role where you owned a defined geography or book of business.
• Demonstrated accountability to a specific production number.
• Experience influencing the choices of independent professionals; success depended on them choosing your product over alternatives.
• Existing relationships with independent agencies in the assigned state(s) are helpful.
• Comfort and experience with managing a high-travel, self-directed field schedule.

Responsibilities

• Own the territory. Build and segment a target agency list and decide where your time goes.
• Own the number. Carry a production target for bound premium and policy count.
• Get in front of agents. Run in-person agency visits, lunch-and-learns, and local events.
• Pitch Branch effectively. Communicate Branch's value proposition and differentiators.
• Drive quality quoting behavior. Educate agencies on Branch's ideal risk profile.
