Job summary

Branch is hiring a Senior Territory Manager to own a defined state(s) and grow production by partnering with independent agencies. This field‑based, in‑person role centers on building trust, driving adoption of Branch's quoting tools, and coaching agencies towards favorable business written to Branch's appetite.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in quota- or target-carrying field sales.
• Proven ability to influence independent agency professionals to choose Branch.
• Existing relationships with independent agencies in the assigned state(s).
• Experience managing a high-travel, self-directed field schedule.
• Strong in-person presentation and group training skills.
• Ability to learn a technical, regulated product and teach it to others.

Responsibilities

• Own the territory and develop a target agency list; prioritize relationships.
• Maintain a production target for bound premium and policy count; track pipeline.
• Conduct in-person agency visits, lunches, and local events to build relationships.
• Pitch Branch’s value proposition clearly to target producers.
• Drive quality quoting behavior and educate on Branch's quoting platform.
• Activate and retain producing agencies; re-engage those that go quiet.
• Address objections and provide actionable competitive insights.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Underwriting, and Operations to remove barriers.
