Coinbase, Inc. is hiring a Senior Recruiter to join our Core Recruiting team within People Success.

You’ll own full-lifecycle recruiting across G&A, Customer Experience, EAA and IT, partnering with hiring managers to build pipelines and drive scalable processes in a fast-growth environment. This role emphasizes data-driven decision making, rapid ramp on new roles and markets, and responsible use of generative AI to improve efficiency while preserving human oversight.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in a technology company or fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Ability to ramp quickly on new role types and talent markets, with flexibility to shift between business and technical requisitions.
• Deep knowledge across the candidate lifecycle, from talent mapping and sourcing through interviewing and closing.
• Data-driven approach to pipeline management with the ability to translate recruiting metrics into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from role intake through close across your portfolio.
• Build candidate pipelines through self-sourcing and competitive research.
• Partner with hiring managers to translate hiring needs into effective search strategies and a strong candidate/interviewer experience.
• Drive data integrity and use pipeline analytics to inform hiring efficiency and improve outcomes.
• Contribute to recruiting process improvements and pilot programs to scale impact across global markets.
