Coinbase is a remote-first, but not remote-only company. We are hiring a Principal Recruiter to join our Core Recruiting team within People Success, owning full-lifecycle recruiting for hard-to-fill roles and partnering with senior leaders to drive strategy and process improvements.

You will build pipelines, scale processes, and optimize the candidate experience across global markets. You will leverage data to inform hiring velocity and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver

Qualifications

8+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in a technology company or fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Experience building and scaling recruiting processes across global markets.
Deep knowledge of candidate lifecycle from mapping through closing.
Data-driven approach to pipeline management and stakeholder reporting.
Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight.

Responsibilities

Own the full recruitment lifecycle for complex, senior-level searches across your Core portfolio.
Build candidate pipelines through self-sourcing and competitive research to maintain hiring velocity.
Partner with senior leaders to translate hiring needs into effective search strategies and positive candidate experiences.
Drive data integrity and use analytics to improve hiring efficiency and outcomes.
Design and pilot recruiting processes to scale impact across global markets.
