Qualifications

• 6+ years of program or project management experience, with 3+ years in financial crimes compliance
• Ability to drive large-scale, multi-stakeholder programs in a regulated environment with minimal guidance
• Deep understanding of AML/CFT program operations, including SAM/TMS, EDD, Screening, and SAR filing workflows
• Experience navigating Known Problem / Unknown Solution environments with constraints
• Strong strategy and storytelling skills for Director+ audiences
• Track record of driving operational efficiency and cost savings through automation with measurable outcomes
• Proficiency in program management tools (Asana, Jira, Smartsheet) and data tools (Looker, Snowflake, Google Sheets)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management for Director/VP levels
• Bachelor's degree in Business/Technology/Operations/Finance/Law or related field

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program strategy, planning, and execution for complex GFCO compliance program areas
• Develop and drive program charters, roadmaps, and governance frameworks
• Lead cross-functional delivery across multiple teams and external parties
• Translate regulatory obligations and model performance into actionable program strategies
• Support launch readiness for new products, jurisdictions, and entity expansions
• Identify and resolve program risks with transparent trade-off recommendations
• Drive cost-savings projections and maintain accountability for actuals
• Manage intake discipline for automation requests with documented requirements
• Author and maintain high-quality strategy documents for leadership
• Coordinate between automation outputs, QA, alerting, and investigator feedback for continuous improvement
• Lead major response efforts for significant events within GFCO
