Coinbase is seeking a Senior Strategic Program Lead (GFCO) to own end-to-end compliance programs across SAM, EDD, and related operations. You will collaborate with Legal, EAA, Analytics, and WFM to translate regulatory obligations into scalable programs and drive cross-functional delivery.

You bring 6+ years in program management, 3+ in financial crimes, and a proven ability to lead complex initiatives in regulated settings.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years in financial crimes compliance or a related regulatory domain.
• Experience leading large cross-functional programs in a regulated environment.
• Strong understanding of AML/CFT workflows and supporting tech.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program strategy, planning, and execution for complex GFCO areas.
• Develop charters, roadmaps, and governance for long-tail programs with external commitments.
• Lead cross-functional delivery across Compliance Tech, EAA, Ops, WFM, Legal, Analytics.
• Translate regulatory obligations into actionable, prioritized program strategies.
• Support launch readiness for new products, jurisdictions, and entity expansions.
