Coinbase, Inc. is seeking a Senior Strategic Program Lead (GFCO L5) to own complex compliance programs end-to-end.

You will collaborate across Compliance Technology, EAA, Operations, and Legal to translate regulatory obligations into scalable programs and drive improvements in automation and efficiency. The role requires 6+ years in program management with AML domain experience, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to influence at the Director+ level.

Formación

• 6+ years of program or project management experience, with 3+ years in financial crimes compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to independently drive large-scale, multi-stakeholder programs in a regulated environment with minimal guidance.
• Deep understanding of AML/CFT program operations, including SAM/TMS, EDD, Screening, and SAR workflows.
• Experience navigating Known Problem / Unknown Solution environments with constraints.
• Strong strategy and storytelling skills for Director+ audiences.
• Track record of driving operational efficiency and cost savings through automation programs.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end program strategy, planning, and execution for one or more complex GFCO compliance program areas.
• Develop and drive program charters, roadmaps, and governance frameworks.
• Lead cross-functional delivery across teams and drive alignment at Director+ level.
• Translate regulatory obligations and model performance into actionable program strategies.
• Support launch readiness for new products, jurisdictions, and entity expansions.
• Identify and resolve program risks and manage trade-offs for GFCO leadership.
• Drive cost savings projections and maintain accountable for actuals.
