Job summary

Affim is pursuing a multi-year modernization of its financial systems, leveraging NetSuite, Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, SAP S/4HANA, and other platforms to support global growth. The Financial Systems team will own data, technology, and reporting across accounting, planning, and operations.

You will drive architecture, integrations, and governance while partnering with Product, Engineering, and Finance to ensure scalable, secure, and compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading design, implementation, and operation of enterprise ERP, financial reporting, and planning platforms.
• Experience building integrations between ERP and EPM platforms (NetSuite, Oracle ERP Cloud, SAP, Oracle EPM Cloud, OneStream, Anaplan).
• Understanding of accounting processes (P2P, R2R, O2C, close, consolidation, planning).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development across the financial systems landscape (architecture, design, configuration, development, testing, deployment).
• Define enterprise architecture and technical roadmap for global ERP/EPM platforms.
• Architect, build, and deploy scalable integrations across ERP, EPM, data warehouse, and reporting platforms.
• Partner with senior leaders to align priorities and roadmap for Financial Systems.
• Collaborate across product, engineering, and accounting to ensure sustainability and clear trade-offs.
• Define effective technical solutions and operational processes.
• Own team operations and availability, monitoring, playbooks, and incident response.
• Foster quality, code review standards, and cross-team communications.
• Develop talent and growth opportunities within the team.
