Job summary

AFFIM is seeking a Senior Financial Systems Leader to own and modernize our global ERP/EPM stack. You will drive architecture, integrations, and governance across NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, and related platforms, coordinating with Accounting, Product, Engineering, and Finance teams.

The role emphasizes scalable data models, reliable release management, and a culture of quality. Remote-first with flexibility, base pay ranges, and global coverage.

Qualifications

• 10+ years building and operating enterprise ERP, financials, and planning platforms.
• Experience integrating ERP and EPM systems across cloud platforms.
• Strong governance, security, and internal control for regulated environments.
• Proven ability to lead data architecture and scalable integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of financial systems landscape, including architecture, design, configuration, and deployment.
• Define enterprise architecture and roadmap for global ERP/EPM platforms across cloud vendors.
• Architect and deploy scalable integrations feeding ERP, EPM, data warehouse, and reporting.
• Partner with senior leaders to align priorities and drive a shared roadmap.
