Job summary

Affim is seeking a seasoned Financial Systems leader to own the architecture, integration, and operation of our global ERP and EPM landscape. You will drive cloud transformations, scalable data flows, and audit‑ready controls across NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, and related platforms.

You will collaborate with Finance, Product, Engineering, and Internal Audit to deliver reliable, scalable solutions while building and mentoring high‑performing teams in a remote‑first environment with some in‑person

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading ERP, financial reporting, and planning platforms at scale.
• Experience integrating ERP and EPM with NetSuite, Oracle ERP Cloud, SAP, Oracle EPM Cloud, OneStream, and Anaplan.
• Strong knowledge of P2P, R2R, O2C, close, consolidation, and planning processes.
• Proficient with CI/CD tools and automated deployment (Git, Azure DevOps, Jenkins).
• Proven ability to build high‑performing, accountable teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end development across the financial systems landscape, including design, configuration, testing, release, and production support.
• Define enterprise architecture and technical roadmaps for global ERP/EPM platforms and cloud transformations.
• Architect and deploy scalable integrations across ERP, EPM, data warehouse, HCM, and reporting platforms.
• Partner with VPs/Senior Directors to align priorities and establish a shared roadmap.
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, and Accounting to ensure sustainability and risk management.
• Act as a force multiplier by defining effective technical solutions and processes.
• Own operations and availability with monitoring, playbooks, and on‑call readiness.
• Foster quality and ownership through code reviews and clear communications.
• Develop talent and growth opportunities, leading by example.
