Job summary

Affim is hiring a senior Financial Systems leader to own data, technology, and reporting for Accounting, including NetSuite, Oracle ERP Cloud, SAP, and other platforms. You will modernize financial systems, scale globally, and drive automation and AI-enabled processes.

You will oversee end-to-end development, define enterprise architecture, and build scalable integrations across ERP, EPM, data warehouse, and reporting tools. Remote-first with in-person onboarding may apply.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading ERP, financial reporting and planning platforms at scale.
• Experience integrating ERP and EPM platforms for consolidation, close, planning, and disclosures.
• Strong knowledge of P2P, R2R, O2C, close, consolidation and financial planning processes.
• Ability to design data models, rules, and data-quality monitoring across apps.
• Experience with CI/CD, version control, environments, testing, rollback.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development across financial systems, including architecture and deployment.
• Define enterprise architecture and roadmaps for ERP and EPM platforms.
• Architect and deploy scalable integrations across ERP, EPM, data warehouse, and reporting systems.
• Collaborate with executives to align on priorities and a shared roadmap.
• Ensure governance, security, auditability and data integrity in financial systems.
• Implement automated deployment and release-management with CI/CD tools.
• Develop and retain high-performing teams with a culture of accountability and quality.
