Affim is a remote-first company seeking a Senior Financial Systems Lead to own data, technology, and reporting for Accounting, including NetSuite, Oracle ERP Cloud, SAP, and related platforms.

The role drives multi-year modernization, scalable automation, and global growth, collaborating across Accounting, Finance, Product, Engineering, and Internal Audit to deliver reliable, enterprise-grade financial systems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading design, implementation and operation of enterprise ERP/financial platforms.
• Experience integrating ERP and EPM suites for consolidation and planning.
• Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and integration tooling.
• Understanding of P2P, R2R, O2C, and financial close processes.
• Proven ability to lead and grow high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development across the financial systems landscape, including architecture, design, configuration, development, testing, and production support.
• Define the enterprise architecture and technical roadmap for global ERP and EPM platforms.
• Architect, build, and deploy scalable integrations across ERP, EPM, data warehouse, and reporting platforms.
• Partner with VPs and Senior Directors to align priorities and establish a shared roadmap.
• Collaborate across Product Mgmt, Engineering, and Accounting to ensure sustainability and risk management.
• Own operations and availability with monitoring, runbooks, and on-call processes.
• Foster quality culture with code review standards and clear written communications.
• Develop talent by mentoring and guiding growth opportunities.
