Job summary

Affirm's Shopping & Offers team is seeking a seasoned product leader to define the next chapter of its DTC shopping and offers experience, overseeing high-impact consumer journeys that drive conversion and revenue.

You will lead Home, Search, and Profile experiences, build and mentor a PM team, and partner with Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Revenue to balance merchant value with consumer satisfaction. This is remote-first with flexible in-person onboarding.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management leadership in fintech/e-commerce/marketplace environments.
• Ability to crystallize clarity from ambiguity into execution plans.
• Experience with AI-native product development and LLM-powered discovery.
• Strong data-driven decision-making using metrics like LTV/CAC.
• Experience leading multiple product lines through layered leadership.
• Consumer-centric mindset with high standards for design polish.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term Shopping & Offers vision and roadmaps.
• Manage a portfolio of consumer surfaces: Home, Search, Profile/Settings.
• Lead and grow a PM team, mentoring and building ownership.
• Align senior leadership on strategy and risks.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Revenue to optimize the marketplace.
• Establish frameworks for experimentation and funnel analysis.
