Job summary

Affirm is seeking a senior product leader to define the next chapter of its Shopping & Offers experience, overseeing a high-impact portfolio spanning Home, Search, and Profile experiences. You will drive strategy, align cross-functional partners, and shape the consumer journey to optimize conversion and revenue.

The role requires extensive leadership of PM teams, fluency in AI/LLM-enabled product initiatives, and a strong bias for data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management leadership in fintech, e-commerce, or marketplace environments.
• Ability to translate ambiguous problems into clear execution plans.
• Experience leading cross-functional product teams and executives.

Responsibilities

• Define and socialize a long-term Shopping & Offers vision and strategy.
• Manage and scale a portfolio of consumer-facing surfaces (Home, Search, Profile/Settings).
• Build, mentor, and manage a team of product managers and people managers.
• Align senior leadership on strategy, execution risks, and mitigation plans.
