Job summary

Affirm is seeking a seasoned product leader to define the next chapter of its Shopping & Offers experiences. You will lead high-impact consumer journeys across Home, Search, and Profile, influencing conversion, engagement, and revenue.

• 10+ years of product management leadership in fintech, e-commerce, or marketplace environments.
• Ability to define clarity in messy problems and translate into execution plans.
• Familiarity with AI-native product development and LLM-powered discovery in search.
• Strong analytical skills using data to guide prioritization and measure impact.
• Experience leading through multiple leadership layers and scaling decision-making.
• A consumer-first mindset with high design standards and honest financial products.

Responsibilities

• Define and socialize a long-term Shopping & Offers vision and strategy; translate into roadmaps and actionable plans.
• Oversee a portfolio of consumer-facing surfaces (Home, Search, Profile/Settings) with a consistent experience.
• Build and grow a high-performing PM team; set career development paths and foster ownership and rigor.
• Align senior leadership on strategy, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Revenue to optimize marketplace value for merchants and consumers.
• Establish frameworks for experimentation and funnel analysis to improve completion rates and retention.
