Affirm is seeking a senior product leader to define the next chapter of its DTC shopping and offers experiences. You will lead a portfolio including Home, Search, and Profile surfaces to drive conversion, engagement, and revenue, while shaping a high-performing PM team.

With 10+ years in fintech/e-commerce/product leadership, you will partner with Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Revenue to balance merchant value with consumer experiences, and lead with clarity in a remote-first environment.

Formación

• 10+ years of product management leadership in fintech, ecommerce, or marketplaces.
• Ability to translate complex problems into clear strategies and roadmaps.
• Experience leading AI-native product development and LLM-powered experiences.
• Strong data skills with metrics like LTV/CAC and profitability.
• Experience scaling product organizations and delegating ownership.

Responsabilidades

• Define and socialize a long-term Shopping & Offers vision and strategy.
• Manage a portfolio of consumer-facing surfaces (Home, Search, Profile/Settings) across platforms.
• Build, mentor, and grow a high-performing PM team.
• Align senior leadership on strategy and risks.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Revenue to optimize marketplace.
• Establish frameworks for experimentation and funnel analysis.
