Job summary

Affirm is seeking a seasoned product leader to define the next chapter of its Shopping & Offers experience. You will lead a portfolio of consumer journeys that influence conversion, engagement, and revenue across two-sided marketplaces.

As a remote-first company, you will collaborate with Design, Engineering, Analytics, and Revenue to drive market-leading fintech experiences, with a strong focus on consumer-centric design and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management leadership in fintech, e-commerce, or marketplace environments.
• Ability to bring clarity when problems feel messy and translate it into execution plans.
• Familiarity with AI-native product development and LLM-powered discovery.
• Strong analytical rigor using data to guide prioritization and measure impact.
• Experience leading through multiple product lines and scaling teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and socialize a long-term Shopping & Offers vision and translate into roadmaps.
• Oversee a portfolio of consumer surfaces (Home, Search, Profile/Settings) for consistency across platforms.
• Build, mentor, and manage a PM team, setting craft standards and development paths.
• Align senior leadership on strategy, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Revenue to balance merchant value with customer experience.
• Establish frameworks for rigorous experimentation and funnel analysis to improve completion and retention.
