Job summary

Affirm is seeking a seasoned product leader to define the next chapter of our DTC shopping and offers experiences. You will guide a portfolio including Home, Search, and Profile journeys that influence conversion, engagement, and revenue on a remote-friendly basis across the U.S.

You will lead a PM team, drive cross-functional collaboration with design, engineering, analytics, and revenue leaders, and champion consumer outcomes in a two-sided marketplace and payments ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management leadership in fintech, e-commerce, or marketplace environments
• Ability to turn messy problems into clear narratives and execution plans
• Experience building and mentoring PM teams with ownership and rigor

Responsibilities

• Define and socialize a long-term Shopping & Offers vision and strategy, translating it into clear roadmaps
• Manage and scale a portfolio of consumer surfaces (Home, Search, Profile/Settings) for consistency across platforms
• Lead and grow a high-performing PM team, setting craft standards and development paths
• Proactively align senior leadership on strategy, risks, and mitigations
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Revenue to optimize the marketplace ecosystem
• Establish frameworks for experimentation and funnel analysis to improve completion rates and retention
