Job summary

Affirm is seeking a seasoned product leader to define the next chapter of its DTC Shopping & Offers experience. You will oversee a portfolio of consumer journeys, including Home, Search, and Profile, shaping a marketplace that drives conversion and revenue while prioritizing the consumer experience.

You will lead a high-performing PM team, partner across functions, and craft a roadmap that aligns with executive goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management leadership in fintech, e-commerce, or marketplace environments
• Ability to turn messy problems into clear narratives and structured execution plans
• Experience with AI-native product development, including agentic patterns and LLM-powered discovery experiences

Responsibilities

• Define and socialize a long-term Shopping & Offers vision and strategy with clear roadmaps for execution
• Manage and scale a portfolio of consumer surfaces (Home, Search, Profile/Settings) for consistent experiences across platforms
• Build, mentor, and manage a PM team including people managers, setting standards for craft and growth
• Proactively align senior leadership on strategy, risks, and mitigation plans
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Revenue to balance merchant value with consumer experience
• Establish frameworks for experimentation and funnel analysis to improve completion rates and retention
