Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Currently authorized to work in the U.S. on OPT or STEM OPT.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Genuine curiosity about software development, QA, and AI/ML technology.
• Self-motivated and resilient.
• Familiarity with CRM tools or a strong willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting to engage decision-makers.
• Research and identify Ideal Customer Profiles using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Articulate AlgoShack’s value in AI-augmented testing.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule product demos.
• Maintain real-time records of outreach activities in Salesforce CRM.
