Augury is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to power our sales team by prospecting and generating opportunities. You will be the first touchpoint for potential customers, delivering a great first impression and driving inbound and outbound lead generation.

This role offers growth as we expand internationally, with a focus on strategic accounts and high-quality engagements. You will collaborate across teams and contribute to a fast-paced, startup environment.

Formación

• 1–2 years experience in a customer facing role.
• Ability to drive results and meet objectives.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Create, manage and drive inbound + outbound lead generation processes focusing on strategic accounts.
• Respond to inquiries promptly via phone and email with a positive first impression.
• Build outbound campaigns targeting specific segments and pivot based on feedback.
• Uncover prospect needs and challenges during qualification; engage Fortune 500 and other executives.
• Develop business acumen through exposure to various stages of enterprise sales cycles.
• Engage with key decision makers and influencers to generate opportunities.
• Understand product applications and how Augury solves customer pain points.
• Execute high-volume, targeted outreach with personalized touches.
• Meet or exceed qualified opportunity quotas to support sales objectives.
