Job summary

Engenious University is seeking a proactive SDR to grow enrollments across our AI QA programs, starting with the January 2027 cohort. You’ll own top-and-middle-funnel outreach, qualify prospects, initiate conversations, and hand leads to closers with clear briefs.

Collaborate with marketing, leadership and instructors to convert community engagement into sales conversations. You will work remotely on US Eastern hours, with some evenings and weekends for cohort launches, and you’ll help build

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an SDR/BDR or lead-generation role with measurable results.
• Proven prospecting and qualification skills with a questions-first approach.
• Strong written English, capable of engaging LinkedIn/WhatsApp messages.
• Confident spoken English on calls with US professionals.
• Daily CRM discipline, ideally HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Source and qualify leads across LinkedIn, Discord, QA communities, webinars, workshops and events.
• Reactivate past leads and webinar attendees in the CRM before cohort launches.
• Reach out via LinkedIn, email, phone, WhatsApp and SMS; respond within 4 business hours.
• Route leads to the right offer and hand off with a concise briefing to the closer.
• Book consultations with the right closer and ensure they occur.
