Job summary

SAGARIS seeks a forward-deployed revenue engineer to run SAGARIS in customers' pipelines and workflows. You’ll embed in the customer stack, configuring CRM, calls, texts and social channels to deliver value fast.

You’ll ship configuration, tune agents, and become the voice of the field inside SAGARIS, shaping the roadmap with real-world feedback and enabling faster deployments for revenue teams.

Qualifications

• Strong technical ability to integrate systems and script around problems.
• Experience working directly with customers in a forward-deployed or GTM role.
• Understanding of revenue teams, pipelines, CRMs and how deals move.

Responsibilities

• Embed SAGARIS with design partners in their CRM, calls, texts and social workflows.
• Configure and tune agents for each team’s motion as adoption grows.
• Represent field needs inside SAGARIS, translating reality into product input.
• Build integration patterns and tooling to accelerate future deployments.
• Own outcomes; customers' success is the job.
