Job summary

Rula is hiring a Software Engineer to empower its Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team with scalable platforms, services, and internal tooling. You will build and maintain systems supporting payments, claims submissions, and operational workflows across the revenue cycle.

You will collaborate with product, design, and operations teams to drive reliability, performance, and cost efficiency while delivering high-impact solutions in a remote-first company that hires across the United States

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or engineering field.
• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience partnering with product and design teams.
• Building scalable, reliable systems with good performance.
• Experience across the full development lifecycle.
