Archera is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to join our field-facing engineering team. You will write code, build integrations against partner and hyperscaler APIs, and own what you ship, explaining technical concepts to executives.

This remote role within the United States involves collaborating across Product, Engineering, GTM, and Partners. You will model commitment strategies, debug live integrations, and support enterprise customers through the full deal cycle.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in hands-on technical roles with customer- or partner-facing work.
• Azure experience including reservations, savings plans, and exchange mechanics.
• Proficiency with APIs, Git, scripting, IaC, and CI/CD.
• Experience debugging integrations with third-party engineering teams.
• Ability to translate technical designs for CFO-level discussions.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical owner from scoping to production.
• Build integrations against partner and hyperscaler APIs and deliver MVPs.
• Model and defend commitment strategy using platform data and live usage.
• Handle onboarding, RBAC, billing-data integrity, and production escalations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Partner Development, Alliances, and GTM to drive co-sell motions.
• Document technical patterns and provide GTM/Marketing training material.
