Job summary

Turnitin is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead a high‑performing team of Account Executives and Customer Success Managers. You will own the region’s ARR target, drive new business, renewals, and expansions, and partner with Marketing, Product, and Enablement to maximize customer value.

The role requires 10+ years in EdTech SaaS or enterprise software sales with 3–5 years in a senior leadership position, plus strong leadership and forecasting abilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in EdTech SaaS or enterprise software sales.
• At least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute regional go‑to‑market strategy across new business, renewals, and expansions.
• Own the region’s ARR target, including pipeline, win rates, renewals, and growth.
• Lead, coach, and develop AEs and CSMs to exceed revenue and adoption goals.
• Maintain forecast accuracy and data discipline in CRM systems.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience from onboarding to renewal.
