Turnitin, LLC is seeking a strategic Regional Sales Director to lead a high‑performing team of Account Executives and Customer Success Managers responsible for driving new business growth, expanding existing relationships, and ensuring customer success across the region.

This player‑coach role owns the region’s ARR target and collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Product and Enablement to deliver measurable impact across the customer lifecycle in a remote‑first culture.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in EdTech SaaS or enterprise software sales.
• 3–5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management.
• Deep understanding of education market procurement and institutions.
• Proven ability to lead multi‑person teams to exceed ARR targets.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute the regional go‑to‑market strategy across new business, renewals and expansions.
• Own the region’s ARR target, pipeline, renewals and customer growth.
• Lead, coach and develop AEs and CSMs to exceed revenue and renewal goals.
• Partner with Marketing, Product and Enablement to drive cross‑functional initiatives.
• Represent Turnitin at industry events and drive customer advocacy.
