Turnitin, LLC is seeking a strategic Regional Sales Director to lead AEs and CSMs, driving new business growth, renewals, and customer success across a defined region. You will own ARR targets and align with Marketing, Product, and Enablement to execute growth plans.

The role requires a data-driven leader who inspires talent, with experience in EdTech/SaaS sales and multi-stakeholder deals. This is a remote-first, globally distributed opportunity with cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in EdTech SaaS or enterprise software sales with leadership
• Proven record of exceeding ARR and retention targets
• Deep understanding of education market and procurement processes
• Strong analytical, forecasting and executive communication skills
• Proficient in Salesforce, Gainsight and GTM tools

Responsibilities

• Define and execute regional go-to-market strategy across new business, renewals and expansions.
• Own the region's ARR target, including pipeline, win rates, renewals and growth.
• Lead AEs and CSMs to exceed revenue and adoption goals.
• Partner with Marketing, Product and Enablement for growth initiatives.
• Maintain forecast accuracy and CRM discipline across the region.
