Job summary

StackAdapt, a Remote First company prioritizing candidates in Indiana, is seeking a Senior Account Manager to drive post-sales client success. You’ll manage campaigns, optimize ROI, and design strategies within the StackAdapt platform while collaborating with cross-functional teams to expand accounts.

The role emphasizes strong RTB/programmatic expertise, client leadership, and the ability to translate technical concepts into strategic actions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of Real Time Bidding and programmatic experience.
• Experience running Google Ads or Facebook Ads via a DSP as a self-serve user.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and grow revenue.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Familiar with the latest digital advertising trends and ideas.
• Experience with complex databases is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for your client portfolio across verticals.
• Design unique campaign strategies within the StackAdapt platform.
• Provide regular reporting on campaign goals and optimize for KPIs.
• Set up traffic campaigns on the StackAdapt DSP and manage tags/pixels.
• Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to tools, procedures, reports.
• Analyze campaign performance to identify new opportunities.
• Provide strategic thought leadership and act as an advisor.
• Conduct in-person and virtual meetings, QBRs and training.
• Travel up to 20%.
