Job summary

StackAdapt is a leading technology company helping marketers reach, engage, and convert audiences with precision. The role reports to the Senior Manager of Client Services and focuses on post-sales client relationships, platform adoption, campaign management, and revenue expansion.

You will work with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to maximize campaign ROI and optimize performance using RTB/programmatic experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Real Time Bidding/programmatic experience.
• Experience managing client relationships and delivering service excellence.
• Strong grasp of technical concepts and platform knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for your portfolio of clients across various verticals.
• Lead strategic client conversations to uncover growth opportunities and drive upsells.
• Design unique campaign strategies within the StackAdapt platform.
• Provide regular reporting and strategic optimizations to meet KPIs.
• Set up traffic campaigns on the StackAdapt DSP and implement tags/pixels.
• Analyze campaign performance to optimize and identify new opportunities.
• Conduct in-person and virtual meetings, QBRs, and training sessions.
• Provide strategic thought leadership as a client advisor.
• Travel up to 20% of time.
