Job summary

Coinbase is seeking a Senior Operations Associate for the Infrastructure team to own operational engagement with strategic partners, including PSPs, fintechs, and banks building on Coinbase's platform. You will work with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Finance to resolve issues, drive adoption, and ensure lasting value from Coinbase's infrastructure.

Qualifications

5+ years in customer operations, partner operations, technical account management, or customer success at fintech, payments, or crypto companies.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day operational support for strategic partners with clear accountability and proactive communication.
Manage billing inquiries and discrepancies with Finance to reflect agreed terms and resolve issues promptly.
Coordinate technical support and escalations with Engineering and Solutions Architecture through resolution.
Deliver monthly partner reporting on transaction volume, product usage, fees, and performance with trends and risks.
Partner with Sales and Account Management for onboarding, post-launch adoption, and account planning.
Build repeatable workflows, playbooks, and automation to scale partner support and reduce manual effort.
