Coinbase is seeking a Senior Operations Associate on the Infrastructure team to own the day-to-day operational engagement for strategic partners, including PSPs, fintechs, and banks building on Coinbase's platform. You will collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Finance to resolve issues and maximize partner value from Coinbase's infrastructure.

Formación

• 5+ years in customer operations, partner operations or technical account management at a PSP/fintech/bank/crypto company.
• Experience supporting enterprise customers across billing, reporting and escalations.
• Knowledge of payments infrastructure incl. stablecoins, cross-border payments, rails and wallets.
• Ability to explain technical issues clearly to partners and senior stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Own day-to-day operational support for strategic partners with accountability and proactive communication.
• Manage billing inquiries with Finance and ensure invoices reflect terms.
• Coordinate technical support escalations with Engineering and deliver monthly reporting.
• Collaborate with Sales and Account Management for onboarding and account planning.
• Build repeatable workflows and automations to scale partner support.
