Job summary

Coinbase is hiring a Senior Operations Associate on the Infrastructure team. You will own the day-to-day operational engagement for our strategic partners, including PSPs, fintechs and banks, coordinating billing, reporting, and ongoing partner management to deliver lasting value from Coinbase's platform.

Based in a remote-friendly environment, you will collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering and Finance to resolve issues, drive usage, and build scalable workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in customer operations, partner operations, technical account management, or customer success at PSP/fintech/bank/crypto.
• Experience supporting enterprise customers across billing, reporting, escalations, and ongoing account management.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operational support for strategic partners, with clear accountability and proactive communication.
• Manage billing inquiries and discrepancies with Finance, ensuring invoices reflect terms.
• Coordinate technical support and escalations with Eng and Solutions Architecture.
• Deliver monthly partner reporting on transaction volume, usage, fees, and performance.
• Partner with Sales and Account Management to support onboarding, post-launch adoption, and reviews.
• Build repeatable workflows and automation to scale the partner base.
