Job summary

Coinbase, Inc. is seeking a Senior Operations Associate on the Infrastructure team to own day-to-day operational engagement for strategic partners, including PSPs, fintechs, and banks building on Coinbase's platform.

You will coordinate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Finance to resolve issues, optimize usage, and deliver lasting value. You'll manage billing inquiries, coordinate technical support, and deliver monthly partner reports.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in customer operations, partner operations, technical account management, or customer success at a PSP, fintech, bank, or crypto company.
• Experience supporting strategic enterprise customers across billing, reporting, technical escalations, and ongoing account management.
• Working knowledge of payments infrastructure, including stablecoins, cross-border payments, payment rails, and digital wallets.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience turning transaction, usage, and billing data into reports and actionable recommendations.
• Utilizes generative AI responsibly, with human oversight to improve workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operational support for strategic partners, with accountability and proactive communication.
• Manage billing inquiries and discrepancies with Finance, ensuring invoices reflect terms.
• Coordinate technical support and escalations with Engineering, tracking issues to resolution.
• Deliver monthly partner reporting on transaction volume, usage, fees, and performance; highlight trends and risks.
• Partner with Sales and Account Management for onboarding, post-launch adoption, and account planning.
• Build repeatable workflows and playbooks to reduce manual work and speed responses as the partner base grows.
