Job summary

Coinbase, Inc. is seeking a Senior Operations Associate to own the day-to-day operational engagement for strategic partners, including PSPs, fintechs, and banks building on Coinbase's platform.

You will collaborate across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Finance to help partners resolve issues and maximize value. You will manage billing inquiries, coordinate technical escalations, and deliver monthly reports on transaction volume, usage, fees, and performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer/partner operations or T AM at PSP/fintech/crypto
• Experience with enterprise customers in billing, reporting, escalations
• Knowledge of payments infrastructure: stablecoins, cross-border payments, rails, wallets
• Strong analytical skills turning data into actionable reports
• Responsible AI usage with human oversight

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operational support for strategic partners with accountability
• Manage billing inquiries with Finance; ensure invoices reflect terms
• Coordinate tech support and escalations with Engineering and Solutions Architecture
• Deliver monthly partner reporting on volumes, usage, fees, performance
• Partner with Sales for onboarding, post-launch adoption, reviews
• Build repeatable workflows and automation to scale partner base
