Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is hiring operations enablement leaders to drive scalable, compliant servicing experiences across our operations. You will define roadmaps, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and partner with product, engineering, and compliance to deliver measurable outcomes.

This role emphasizes hands-on leadership, data-driven decisions, and strong stakeholder engagement. Base pay ranges reflect U.S. geography with a remote-first posture.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program management or product operations.
• 3+ years of experience at a fintech or financial institution, including scaling operations.
• Subject matter expert on financial regulations (e.g., UCC, Reg E, Reg Z, Card Act, GLBA, GDPR).
• Certification in Six Sigma, Project Management or Design Thinking.
• Experience implementing and scaling knowledge management and training (Salesforce, Confluence, LMS, or AI tools).

Responsibilities

• Own complex cross-functional programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment with servicing strategy and OKRs.
• Develop clear program roadmaps and execution plans with KPIs, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and risks.
• Partner with senior leaders across product, engineering, and operations to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Establish governance practices and executive-ready communications on status, risks, and impact.
• Proactively identify risks and issues; propose data-backed solutions; drive resolution with stakeholders.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma to identify root causes and drive scalable improvements in quality and compliance.
• Manage end-to-end change management, adoption, and measurement for programs and products.
• Collaborate to translate technical concepts into clear manuals and resources for human and AI agents.
• Architect and evolve knowledge ecosystem (SOPs, job aids, learning platforms, AI tools).
• Travel as needed to support collaboration, priorities, and vendor engagements.
