Job summary

Affirm is seeking an Operations Enablement leader to drive scalable, compliant servicing experiences across the Operations organization. You will define and execute strategies that enable servicing operations to scale while maintaining outcomes for customers and merchants.

You will own the vision for operational readiness, aligning people, processes, and enablement systems with affirm’s servicing strategy. This role partners with Product, Engineering, Operations, Compliance, and vendors to

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management or product operations experience.
• Experience in regulated industries (financial services/fintech preferred).

Responsibilities

• Own complex cross‑functional programs and initiatives.
• Define and execute servicing strategy with clear roadmaps and KPIs.
• Lead transformation initiatives to improve efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to translate concepts into manuals and resources for humans and AI agents.
• Architect and evolve knowledge ecosystems (SOPs, learning platforms, AI tools).
• Oversee end‑to‑end design and delivery of training programs with measurement.
