Job summary

Broadreach Staffing is seeking a Junior Account Executive for a full-cycle SaaS sales role, remote in the U.S. You will own new business from first touch to signature, manage discovery calls, demos, proposals, and the close, while building your own pipeline and reporting to the CRO.

You will work with professional and trade associations, earn commissions on bookings and self-sourced demos, and join a small team with coaching and rapid feedback in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS sales or high-velocity B2B software environments.
• Ability to own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and outbound/demand generation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own new business from first touch through signature.
• Run discovery calls and demos for a territory of associations.
• Write proposals and negotiate terms, setup fees, and multi-year structures.
