Job summary

mPulse is a leader in conversational AI and member engagement for healthcare. We are seeking a data-driven Marketing Automation & Data Specialist to optimize marketing technology, automate outreach, and deliver actionable performance insights.

You will own systems, integrations, and processes that drive marketing operations across Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Gong, and Chili Piper. You will measure campaign performance, support attribution, and help leaders make data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

4+ years in marketing operations and marketing automation, or a comparable systems role with hands-on platform ownership.
2+ years of Salesforce experience, including campaign attribution, reporting, lead conversion, and field mapping.
Hands-on analytics experience: building reports, reconciling data, drawing conclusions.
Experience administering an enterprise marketing automation platform.
Familiarity with CDP concepts, data modeling, identity resolution, segmentation; or shown ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

Monitor data flow across connected systems and troubleshoot sync errors.
End-to-end lead lifecycle management: capture, validation, scoring, routing, conversion.
Build and troubleshoot marketing automation workflows and lifecycle processes.
Maintain CRM data integrity and quality standards across the organization.
Create campaigns in marketing automation platforms and CRM with clear naming and tagging conventions.
Design, test, and QA marketing emails, forms, and landing pages and secure stakeholder sign-off.
