Job summary

Launch Potato is seeking a Lead BI Developer to own the reporting infrastructure powering decision-making across our Credit Cards, Make Money/Manage Money, Banking, and Marketplace verticals. You’ll collaborate with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management teams to uncover meaningful trends and drive data-driven decisions.

You will build scalable LookML models and dashboards in Power BI and Tableau, ensure data quality, and advocate self-service analytics across the business.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in BI or analytics with direct exposure to performance or affiliate marketing.
• Owned reporting end-to-end from data ingestion to dashboards.
• Experience handling messy, complex, third-party data and partnering with business teams.
