Job summary

Launch Potato is seeking a Lead BI Developer to own the reporting infrastructure powering decision-making across our Credit Cards, Make Money/Manage Money, Banking, and Marketplace verticals. You will partner closely with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management to uncover meaningful trends and conduct retrospective analyses across experiments, creatives, offers, seasonality, and CAC performance.

Qualifications

Expert SQL with ability to extract insights from unstructured data.
Reporting ownership: standardize, drive adoption, and raise data literacy.
Performance marketing optimization: link data to campaign performance and revenue.
Advanced LookML development (or Power BI / Tableau): model complexity and downstream impacts.
Curiosity and business depth: grow as a trusted analytics partner.

Responsibilities

Own the reporting infrastructure powering decision-making across Credit Cards, Make Money/Manage Money, Banking, and Marketplace verticals.
Embed with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management to uncover meaningful trends and conduct retrospective analyses.

Days 30-60-90-Years: execute on dashboard standardization and roadmap for trusted data sources.
Lead end-to-end reporting ownership for verticals with LookML structures and self-service analytics.
