Job summary

Launch Potato seeks a Lead BI Developer to own the reporting infrastructure powering decision-making across our Credit Cards, Make Money/Manage Money, Banking, and Marketplace verticals. You will partner with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management to uncover trends, conduct retrospective analyses, and ensure insights are acted upon.

You will drive dashboard standardization, own LookML/BI modeling, and grow into a proactive analytical partner who helps the team see around corners.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in BI/analytics, with direct exposure to performance or affiliate marketing

Responsibilities

• Own the reporting infrastructure across multiple verticals from data ingestion to dashboard
• Partner with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management to identify insights and drive decisions
• Ensure dashboards are used and adopted, not just built
• Develop standardized reporting and proactive retrospective analyses across experiments and CAC performance
