Launch Potato is seeking a Lead BI Developer to own the reporting infrastructure that powers decision‑making across Credit Cards, Make Money/Manage Money, Banking, and Marketplace verticals. You will grow into a proactive analytical partner who helps the team see around corners.

You’ll be embedded with the business from day one, collaborating with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management to uncover trends, analyze experiments, and challenge the team with insights they aren’t currently seeing.

Qualifications

• Expert SQL with ability to extract insights from raw, unstructured data.
• Ownership of reporting from data pipelines to dashboards.
• Experience optimizing performance marketing through data.
• Strong LookML development or equivalent in BI tools.
• Curiosity and business depth to become analytical partner.

Responsibilities

• Own the reporting infrastructure powering decision‑making across verticals.
