Job summary

Launch Potato is seeking a Lead BI Developer to own the reporting infrastructure across Credit Cards, Make Money/Manage Money, Banking, and Marketplace verticals. You will partner with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management to uncover meaningful trends and drive data-informed decisions.

You’ll be embedded with the business from day one, shaping standardized reporting, building scalable models in LookML or BI tools, and ensuring your work informs strategy rather than just existing as

Qualifications

Expert SQL and comfortable with unstructured complex data, extracting insights from raw data.
Reporting ownership: standardize and drive data literacy across teams.
Performance marketing optimization: connect data to levers that move revenue.
LookML development or equivalent in BI tools, architecting complex models.
Curiosity and business depth, partner with teams to grow business knowledge.

Responsibilities

Own the reporting infrastructure that powers decision-making across multiple verticals.
Embed with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management to uncover meaningful trends.
Standardize dashboards and develop scalable LookML models or BI equivalents.
Deliver proactive retrospective analyses across experiments, creatives, offers, and CAC.
Ensure insights are used, understood, and acted on to move the business.
