Job summary

Launch Potato is seeking a Lead BI Developer to own the reporting infrastructure powering decision-making across our Credit Cards, Make Money/Manage Money, Banking, and Marketplace verticals. You'll partner with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management to uncover meaningful trends and drive data-led decisions.

You’ll be measured on delivering standardized dashboards, end-to-end reporting from ingestion to final dashboards, and building LookML structures with consideration of downstream impacts.

Qualifications

Expert SQL and ability to extract insights from unstructured data
Reporting ownership and driving data literacy across teams
Performance marketing analytics to link data to levers like CAC and revenue
Advanced LookML development (or equivalent in BI platforms) with understanding downstream impacts
Curiosity and business depth to become a trusted analytical partner

Responsibilities

Own the reporting infrastructure powering decision-making across multiple verticals.
Partner with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management to uncover meaningful trends.
Turn insights into actions, ensuring dashboards are used, understood, and acted on.
Develop standardized data sources and LookML structures with clear downstream impact awareness.
