United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an IT Service Desk Engineer to scale onboarding and Day 1 readiness. The role centers on coordinating onboarding operations, maintaining guides, and driving automation across IT, People Ops, Engineering, and Security.

Qualifications

3+ years in IT service desk or onboarding operations with hands-on experience.
Demonstrated ownership of recurring operational processes and docs.
Experience triaging and resolving issues in ticketing systems and Slack.
Track record of translating patterns into measurable improvements.
Experience coordinating QA reviews and producing health-check reports.
Uses generative AI with human oversight to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

Own new hire onboarding support operations, including Slack-based troubleshooting and Day 1 resolution.
Manage the global onboarding support rotation with regional coverage.
Lead intake, triage, and escalation of onboarding-related requests via tickets.
Maintain the Computer Setup Guide and onboarding knowledge base.
Drive workflow improvements with low-code automations and AI-assisted support.
Surface operational metrics and recommend tooling improvements.
