Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field required.
• 5+ years HR experience with multi-state employment law and compliance.
• Experience advising managers in consulting or client-facing roles and policy development.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR point of contact and strategic advisor for an assigned portfolio of PEO client accounts.
• Proactively assess client HR needs, identify risk areas, and deliver compliant guidance on employee relations, workforce planning, and people management.
• Conduct HR audits for assigned clients; identify gaps and develop remediation plans.
• Advise on development, revision, and implementation of handbooks, HR policies, and SOPs aligned with federal, state, and local law.
• Partner with clients on workforce planning, restructuring, succession planning, and manager effectiveness; act as a thought partner.
• Advise on time off and leave programs, ensuring compliance with regulations.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field

PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification
