The HR Generalist will back HRBPs across multiple clients, delivering onboarding, payroll processing, compliance, recruitment, HRIS management, and policy development in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a client-facing HR support role.
• Minimum 1–2 years of payroll processing across multiple jurisdictions.
• At least 1 year of full-cycle high-volume recruitment (6–10 requisitions).
• Degree or diploma in HR or related field.
• SHRM designation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day HR support for HRBPs across multiple clients and jurisdictions.
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
• Support recruitment processes including job outlines, interviews, and offers.
• Manage HR software updates and LMS; support HRIS implementation.
• Support performance management design and KPI reporting.
• Provide on-site HR support as needed.
